Is it possible that "dw3toolsv03"(program for w3 style,terrain,..etc) cause problems with lag and delay?
I saw it here and its possible to do that or it's because i have low config?

Nothing is impossible, even the word itself says "im possible"

Any addon like this may cause problems.
With more addons you may have more problems.

I should have said that addons may cause some wild drop from game.

I'll try to upgrade or just to buy new one in a short time..Yea,that's problem maybe..

AFAIK any add-on may cause problem, wouldn't be a first time when game crashes while using it (ie. terrains,MH, manabars, etc...)

I used to get some fatal error while using only 1 add-on.

Upgrading 12 y/o PC would be waste of money, you can buy low end PC for good price.
