I'm Alexandra, do you know if there is there a possibility to reset psr for a user ?

usually, stats reset can only get Tour Supporters and Contributors
but if you politely ask Angel (http://lagabuse.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=12857) (administrator), he might reset stats for you

and dont forget to write your W3 account
