Title: I have problem with my acc

Guys i have a small problem with my account, sometimes when i create the game this happens http://s5.postimage.org/h3blqo4iv/dota.png and i got disconnected from the game i dont know why this happens can u help me thanks in advance.

Last three times when i created this hapend to me here are links of those games:

Other people which play in this net caffe dont have this kinda of problem can u help me?
I always lost PSR and get banned for this.

I play in a net caffe too ,I think i saw that before , in one other net caffe where i played
Try to reinstall warcraft :D

other people dont have problems couse they dont play on same pc or same game?
any lags or any problems before desync?

This kinda of error will always make you get unbanned even if you get banned cause it is not your fault .
but the bad side is that you loose psr . AFAIK it can't be fixed
