i cant send attachments.i convert photos to allowed formats. this message is shown to me "The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved" thnx.

I think that message is pretty clear.
"The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved."

Just upload you picture to some other site like imgur.com, imageshack.us etc.
