  - Spamming the !votekick command against innocent players may lead to a ban.

Clearly you werent votekicked and I didnt spam votekick thus no rules were broken.

I started votekick that was not going to be successful to show u that u failed a lot in that game be killing us all with ur ulty over and over again.

At not any point you were going to be kicked and I am sorry if you felt that way. It is not the best/friendliest practise, even if it is not against the rules, so I wont do it again.

I havent break any rules for 5+ years and I dont plan to start now. Howeevr, If i ever do I will ban myself and not play during the duration.

PS: @ksv I didnt see any rage in the game log.

Saying he's only crashed when I clearly underlined that he left voluntarily, means you solved this case for fun on your phone without checking if he did on purpose or less, with no desire to do it and get rid of it.

Why everyone around here is always so aggressive when they dont like the decision? The fact that you spent 2 minutes doesnt mean that your request will be automatically approved.

But I'm going to show you something:

I wrote many of the rules and i have been using them for 10 years so I hope I would know them by now .

If we were to add all the rules and explain every small detail then the rulesbook would be 10+ pages, so not everything is in there.
The rule for loading abuse applies when a player repeatitevly leaves during loading.

Even if he crashed the bot would say left the game voluntarily. That doesnt mean he left voluntarily! Since it CANT be proved for certain what happened we only punish the player when it happens often.

I checked his games and he doesnt leave during loading.

PS: Next time just ask for an explanation and no need to insult. I treat everyone fairly and the same.

One time is not enough to ban him, it could be a w3 crash. We ban a player only when it happens repetitively.

You need to post the times that the player broke the rules.
For example 25:30 he was farming woods instead of defending.

I say we should go back to v3.74. Less heroes, less items and more balanced!!
Nice dota era before IceFrog overcomplicated everything :p

V6.9 is too new, too untested and all the other arguments that the guys use for the v7
