Didn't see him dying on purpose but his way of playing is really weird. Doesn't look like he was beeing controlled by enemies in that game, more likely he wasn't in a good condition to play (drunk or repeatedly disturbed) at that time.

He flamed you because they were trying to arrange a game with locked friends and you rejoined because you didn't like the team. It was said in rage, i could see him struggling to make the host understand how to lock or something similar before, so i don't see a very big problem in that since he only said it 1 time and nothing more.

That flame was intended for medusa and there wasn't much of it. Slardar indeed stood afk in base for a minute but i don't see how he could have done anything there since only 2 others were alive vs 5 stronger enemies.

That screenshot was taken without using the /time command so it can't be used as a proof for his flames
Other flames such as riki's posted here aren't banable as only common expressions are used.
a: Noob, Retard, Idiot, are not considered as insult.
