Post by: cyb on October 20, 2016, 08:28
Is it possible to make command after some player leav game or get ban after that cant join your game.
A person - left game .

After he rejoin he would be auto kicked like when you dont have proxy
is that possible and would it be efficiently?

That doesnt sound so easy to make, but who knows what cen pulls out of his hand.

anyway, before bots become available there used to be "personal" banlists. U add a pleyer into its database and when that player join lobby which u are already in, it informs you about him (also can provide description & ban duration, if my memory serves well), so if u are a game owner, u can easily kick him.

Actually find a topic on forum woth simple guide (pictures arent working) but last link for download works fine

I don't think that an autokick like this would be hard to make, gproxy has something similar build in as well imo, it just needs some modifications I guess.
But the easiest solution is this banlist thingy I knew some ppl used it and works perfect. Dunno how well does it cooperate with the latest patch tho, but worth some testing.

Well, I guess banlist could be integrated in gproxy and work in a similar way. All you need is !add !del and a warning would be displayed when a banned player joins in same lobby.

What about players who share IP (net cafes) it might make problems for dozens of players because of one idiot who got banned?

If you dont have something useful to say and your post may be offending to someone that had nothing with you than is better to not post it. Posting/saying things that just goes through your mind in that moment, without filtering it, is not an act of intelligence either.

But then we would need to unban quitter as well, so he would join and quit again - get banned again, and everything would go in such circles, pointless. And also a waste of time of both some fair players and moderators.

Interesting thing that you request such option, being one of the quitters yourself.

Right but they can trick you once maybe twice but third time they wont.
"Interesting thing that you request such option, being one of the quitters yourself." - This one is irrelevant cuz im leaving if i dont like someone's gameplay(feeding, afk, idiotic moves,..etc) i think that im not wrong cuz im not newbie player i'm not saying that im big pro or something else but i have decent gameplay (my opinion) that's about rage quit. I had couple more fail's called feeding and flame ,yes,i did it couple of times im realistic and im not lier. I'm trying to be stable in situations like that cuz its a game not a real life i have many more problems than that. Growing up and being mature :P

But you will get banned regardless why did you leave: quit = ban, or are you trying to say we should unban people because:

?

let me put it more simple for you, for example you:
28:19       [All]    GRANNYANALPOV has left the game voluntarily, GRANNYANALPOV was autobanned.
did this few days ago, and got autobanned 1 day because its new account. But ofcourse you created new account and played BUT if this option was implemented you would get kicked in every other game because YOU ARE AUTOBANNED AS QUITTER VIA IP.
So to sumarise you won't be able to change your accounts faster than socks like you doing now - and thats why I am asking WHY OF ALL THE PEOPLE YOU ASK FOR SUCH OPTION?

Actually the more I think about it - the more I like your idea (for real)
