I understand that I cannot be part of this req ban because it does not apply to me, however this person has a lot of accounts, thats why he flame and dont care. I stopped doing ban req of him because it doesn't make any sense, the only result is that it changes the account and does the same, and none of the admins wanted to react.

People don't realize what I say, ppls wants just ban and thank you, I can't ban without feeling right. I have to think a good enough reason for everything I do, I don't like or think to play with joda, If i paly with him vs him not in same team..

I understand people wants good games, in same time admins can't be unfair with low skills players. You know and we knows Joda is not good plus ignore and play with 2-4 heros always. How can we avoid that people like Joda?
We can replace bad with good by hosting and picking good skills and kick low
skills Take admins as an example why we don't ban for normal comments in game?
If admins banning people for anything, you will find no players to play with you.
You can host or anyone can host good a game with good balance by picking good skills and kicking low skills.
