Game ruin by sabotaging and refusing to play

28:30 He jumps into enemy base when he should hook. All game he was hooking and now he decided to jump on tower, ofc he insta died and couldn't do anything
around 31-32 minute was following me in jungle and hooked 1 creep, wanted to hook more but failed
34-35 again following me in jungle wanting to hook, you can see he was getting into position for hook but i was killing creeps too fast
38-40 running around our jungle doing nothing
41:24 i revived but he waited until they kill me even though he had hook ready, he used hook in last moment when was clear im dead
44:15 The_Miracle [Allies] just lose (game time)
43:43 We fight on mid and he stands and types that i should 1v1 him then comes and jumps into 4 again
5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Around minute 26 he started ruining: you can see his gameplay changed drastically, instead of trying to gang and hook enemies like he was doing in 1-25 min he started to more run around map (especially following me). Its not obvious he was ruining but it could be clearly seen by his behavior in game which changed after he decided to lose game. Instead of playing he kept trashtalking and annoying me, so he can report later. We could win this game but he made us lose
I want @efko.aws and @Renovatio check this because i know that admin aleksandar is his friend

In that 1st game he got all my insults from u cen clearly see tiny trashtalking me calling me cow the entire game so as i sead i talked back cuz i got provoked
2game he tagged:Tiny kept tossing me in the enemy team so i flamed him cause sabotage/gameruining + after game he left
3game he tagged:Neesaj fed all game and bought a deso and sold it and left i alredy posted this and he got banned

It looks like subtle game-ruining to me but didnt affected the game's outcome too much cause you guys were going to lose anyway. I also noticed similar behavior to guys that lose their motivation due to team arguing, bad stats and/or the inevitable lose.
!denied but, if he gets reported again for similar stuff and the one solving the request decided that he indeed tried to sabotage the game, subtile or not, he will get extra ban days.
About provoking/flaming: if someone that got flamed by him reports him then he will get banned as long as he isnt a provoker himself.
About "admin friends": if you or anyone ever think that someone from staff is abusing their powers (like protecting friends that break rules) please send me a PM. In current case there's no proof that Baba roga gets any favours from Aleksandar and there's another similar claim recently, that I checked, and it was actually an unban with Head Moderator's approval (Aleksandar unbanned but Jimmy agreed and allowed the unban and I would have applied that unban too).
