He started refusing at around 29, 2 min later went to fight on roshan then continued at 34 until the end (Replay time). However he barely had any items and i don't think there was much he could have done in the bottom barracks defense.

You were flaming before too with common expressions, also you were 3 16 in the end. So its actually questionable if these votekicks were legit or not. You were encouraging them to kick you aswell. How it looks to me: you were provoking them pretty much whole game and got that guy mad, i don't even wonder he insulted you later. In any case, it happened 1 time only, not very serious insult and he has a clean account with many game. !denied

I saw him participating in fights but he was clearly refusing for around 7 minutes. Also he got autobanned in that game.
