    a: Noob, Retard, Idiot, are not considered as insult.
    b: Common swears are not considered as insult (eg. motherf...cker, f...cking, etc.) also in native language.

Until 37 min he wasn't dying on purpose, he did around 2 times later. At the same min 37 he started to refuse, standing in base and using Haunt to teleport into enemies and die. He continued doing this for 10 minutes.

I don't really see a point of reporting someone for 1 sentence if you flamed even more.

Medusa was refusing for around 10 min starting from min 31 (Replay time)
Sf seemed to have lags, also i saw him playing with the team for the most time
Seer indeed saved but you wouldn't get axe anyway, it didn't even look like a chase

I get this problem when instaled War3TFT_127b_English

I had a similar problem but it was because of 1 tool opened in the background which was requering the mpq. Make sure that you don't have any wc3 related applications running. If its not the case then i can only suggest you to use the version switcher: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3Yu5IASRCBPenE3QVcwakFPQkU/view
or patch it manually extracting the 1.27b zip in the wc3 directory from the same archive
