I don't think he was refusing since it didn't make sense at start, rather he was afk or semi-afk for whatever reason. Later he started to play normally helping his team. (as far as i watched)

Weird that there is no reconnect messenge but i doubt that all of that could be typed in chat within 1 second without someone lagging.

He also was clearly refusing to play since 58 min until he got kicked.

He didn't spam and flame as much to consider it too in the background of other things.

These insults aren't banable, only family, national flame and cursing are. Please use the !ignore command next time you encounter such player. If he will pm you with above mentioned insults, type /time and then take a screenshot (pressing PrintScreen), and attach them to your report. Also please copy-paste the insults from game's log next time, the times and all necessary information is there.

He died on purpose at least 10 times after he said that. It was also pretty obvious that he was ruining. Actually all of them voted except revolution.

The "taken for bala's trial" stuff is needed in order to train new mods to be able to solve your requests faster

You have already lost 2 sides at that point and the enemy team had a huge advantage in everything (Items, levels). I don't believe it was possible to defend the last side in such situation even with the 2 of them playing, the game was basically over

He died on purpose 5 times then got votekicked. However i won't ban him in this unique case because he doesn't do this often, the enemy team had a major advantage at that point and the stats were reset later at the same day. Next time he does this i will take this request into account too.

As far as i could see, he was using it normally. He tried to trigger that bug but failed or maybe he didn't intend to. In any case i couldn't find any suspicious moments, his ultimate uses always matched the cooldown
