he use that spell on me and ruin my game so much... he use that on battle when i creeping or when other team run to kill me.. start from 26 min when i been down line, next - look at when we push up line he use on me so many times.. in game 50+ times he use it on me.. thats player dont deserve to play with normal players

I saw him casting decrepify on you at least 9 times in various places and situations: while fighting, in forest on nc, on lane. He even continued after you warned him. I noticed you had an argue in game but it wasn't that big and can't be used as an excuse for doing such things anyway
