We are looking for potential new Tournaments Moderators and we need your help in finding them.
Tournaments Moderator duties and obligations:
- Being online few days a week to discuss ideas and concepts
- Hosting tournaments weekly (at least 1 a week)
- Promoting tournaments and taking care of the well organization and it's participants and winners.
Tournaments Moderator rewards:
- Admin access on LA bots
- Access to LA ban list to punish those who interfere with tournaments hosting
- Influence and respect as becoming a part of our staff team
Requirements to apply for this position:
- Decent English skills (writing) is a must!
- Well mannered and polite
- Organized and available to host tournaments
- Up-to-date with Dota knowledge and changes
- Knowing and understanding of our codex of rules
- Patience is a virtue
Pros:
- Clean accounts - forum and server
- Activity on forum and in DotA game
- Experience in hosting events is a plus
Counters:
- Brand new accounts on forum and server
- Excessive ban list and warn list
- Low activity on forum
- Lying about other accounts (be aware, we scan for other accounts every, promising applicant)
- Game ruiner!!!

Things you should know:
If you do get selected, you will be TRIAL Tournament Mod and you will be given a test which you need to pass in order to become a full Tournament Moderator.
