Technical support / Quickcasting inventory slot

Quickcasting for inventory slot items works in version 6.90a8 but for the known issues it can stop working during game. The problem is that it doesn't work for invetory slots for me in 7.00e6 version. Quickcasting for spells etc works perfectly. Is it a known bug or is it just me?

Suggestion Board / A better place

I read from staff members discussing if something is damaging to players or not. So you can't report a case if you are not directly involved and things like that. That is not the case my friends. The most damaging thing is when a person uses his time to report someone. When someone breaks the rules the damage is done and you can't do anything except making this a better place. Cause you will not at least easily get your stats back or psr or repair a game that is already ruined. So you either just move on and don't report or move on and report trying to make this place a better one for all.
When most staff members are not even close to tooshade's gaming level and still reply to him for an afk ban request that the game is over you know that something is wrong. I didn't have to watch the replay. I see this things all the time. Rules are rules. Games are over when the big central building is down; when a team agrees to ff or when a team leaves the game. There are also situations like draw 4vs5 in 6 minutes and 3vs5 in 15 minutes and maybe i miss something else too. Too much personal judgement is bad. It is easy to add a new rule or details to a rule or at least help with these things. What do you have in mind? Team k/d/a difference? Team gold difference? Buildings lost difference? If you don't add details to the rules or create new rules you take a risk of misjudging cases. People may even know that a game is over and still wanna continue to play and have fun and in the end they have the right to do that. Also people would even have a feeling from the tenth minute that a game is already over when mid lanaya is already 5-0 would it be ok then for players to go afk? Why not? Especially and i mean ESPECIALLY when a game has gone too far and played for many minutes you can't really tell if it is over or not cause most players catch up with the fed ones in items and even a single team fight can give the win to a team. That's my opinion and i am sorry if it offends anyone.

That's clearly a case of a player who was afk for the biggest part of the game. I don't know how a respected moderator like Shark4K couldn't spot that.
1)burki92 picked his hero at 01:46 real game time(not replay time) while his opponent lanaya had free farm at mid and was already 3 lvl.
2)burki92 was afk at min 5 till 07:20 after i typed -afk at min 7 of the game real time.
3)burki92 went at last afk at base.
4)burki92 also admited that he was afk

So if i am clever enough Shark4K is telling us that it is ok to be afk if a teammate is bad? According to Shark4K words: "after void's items nothing to say.
Scourge was own game. and I was in game mate."
Also its not about void cause burki92 was afk even from the start of the game.

I had a feeling that void was doing this intentionally but didn't have enough proof. But still that isn't a reason for a teammate to be afk.

I asked them before i pick them if anyone would like my heroes for a swap and no one wanted them. So i had to play one. I picked puck even thought i told them i was not good. I didn't ruin the game. I died i think 3 times to nerubian assasin while he was invisible with his ulti while i was farming at woods. I don't think 0-7-3 is feeding and at least i didn't do anything intentional to ruin the game. I believe that TeLEnOveLA shouldn't have started votekick and voting !yes.

Addicted2n3t joined the game i created. He decided to make himself the owner and did a bad balance and tried to start then i left cause it wasn't balanced according to me. When i rejoined he kicked me.

barathustra ruined whole game. he didnt fight on purpose and he even came at the tower without items and stayed there just moving a bit to avoid afk ban. he also stayed at ban moving again to avoid ban.

First of all the rules wasn't broken exactly. What i said about his mother was said as a whisper and not during the game. Rules according to https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php/topic,1425.msg5531.html#msg5531
have to do with the game. That's why they are called ingame rules. Also prostitution is a job and actually the world's oldest profession and not something bad and maybe i even know his mother. It is a violation for me to open to public a private chat that wasn't even done during game. It could have personal information there and this shouldn't be a subject for anyone else rather than the two people. ibra10 didn't cooperate from the first fight. You can see the replay he had full mana all the time without using any spell while i was next to him and fighting. He baited me whole game. We were losing so i couldn't even farm at lane and i went to farm at woods. That's all. I had no single item except boots and ibra10 wanted to fight when opponents had more items than us and better teampay also. So i tried to farm as much as i can to become strong and then we could get some good fights. So we did and we still kept losing all the fights thats all. No one is going to tell me how i will play this game. And no i can't defend when i only have boots and opponents have 3 items at least. No point to make them stronger. So ibra10 refused to play to cooperate and blamed me and other players  while he was the worst. And what did i earn from not reporting him? I got banned instead. Let me tell you a few things he said INGAME

When someone wished my sister to die and i posted a ban request he got 1 day ban and i got 6 days for what? According to the table it should be only 1-2 days ban for the first time. So even if you think that a prostitude is a bad thing i should get 1-2 days ban not 6. Also this was a private conversation and has nothing to do with ingame rules. I regret doing all this and i am sorry if what i said hurt him. Some people ruin the games and appear to make an effort to lose for some reason. I shouldn't act like this but sometimes our bad self wins.

In my recorded game https://easyupload.io/w73bp4 aladeenmf selects my hero void from 01:28 and for a few seconds. You can clearly see the red circle when i just picked my hero and he had no vision obviously. In the link from the site https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=game;gid=6355838 this circle doesn't appear for some reason. Caneee says there is nothing suspicious when except from this all aladeenmf's moves are suspicous and especially the one at 23:08 where legion approached him while being invisible and aladeenmf had no way to see him and he just backed away from legion where he was farming woods and he was just about to continue farming but no he suddenly realizes he had to stop farm and just backed when legion was near him. Also i need an answer why my recorded game is different from the one that is uploaded to your site. I am talking about the 01:28.
