Me and my team have noticed him several times with MH demos from the mid early game until when he left. We marked a moment that was very atypical. In minute 19 the tiny, used the skills in the slark stopped invisible with the shadow amulet in the top line

Interesting moment but it could be a coincidence: he only used his spells when creeps came closer.

While watching replay i noticed 2 moments which speak against him using maphack:
min 9 he walked right into 3 enemies
min 13 he went to sentinel's secret shop and got caught by 3 enemies again

If you have other proofs from this or other games, post them here and they will be checked

About that thingy tossing and stuning Slark, I just saw him going invisible with shadow armulet. Turn off FOW and you could see in a momment going in invisible.
About creeps I tossed them to damage you, it was not a plan to kill them, I was going to kill slark while he was invisible.
