Welcome to Photoshop Challenge #23!

This time, we will use the following picture to edit:

ctrl+alt+i and type ur propotions or ctrl + t and hold shift while resize it (:
Picture is resized all post are deleted sorry for that , download picture again and lets have some fun with editing (:
