i didnt brake any rules, i had about 260 ms. and i was trying to fix it

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
i just started my first game of dota today and i had quite a lag.. i paused the game and tryed to fix it and suddenly - you were dissconected..

6: Your experience in LagAbuse.com / PlayDotA.
about 3 to 4 games per day.. idk i was playing even before la and pd

It was autoban

my internet connection went down and i disconected

4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
I didnt brake any rules.. my net provider rules..

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
I was playing my first game of dota today and suddenly in about min 31 my internet connection went down, i called my net provider asap, and they reset the connection. I have a screenshot of my the game and gproxy if you want

i play on bnet even before la and pd, every day 3-4 games..

2: Who banned you? - it was autoban, lagabuse.com bot ban

3: Why did you got banned? - i got autobanned for "leaving"

4: Reason that forced you to break the rule? - I didnt broke any rules, this wasnt on purpose.. i will explain

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation! - It was like this, i was playing a game of dota it was 38min of the game i was farming bottom lane and suddenly i end up on my desktop and receaved a message - WINDOWS FREAKING UPDATE.. my god, this wasnt on purpose and i will be very greatful if you check this out.. i will attach a screenshot for you to see the time of the ban and the time of the update..

6: Your experience in LagAbuse.com / PlayDotA.eu? - I play on battlenet even before playdota.eu and lagabuse.com/ approximately 3-4 for hours a day, every day in the week..

for staying afk more than 5 mins

i didnt meant to do this, it wasnt on purporse..

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
i was playing from my laptop and couldnt fix that damn stupid mouse, so i went to my roommate to ask him if his mouse was available to play for the next game and I didnt even realized that the game was allready started.. it wasnt on purpose.. when I came back i was allready banned but I played with my other acc El_General, (here is the link of the game - http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=game;gid=5440646) so you wont think that was on purpose..

i played even before playdota.eu and lagabuse.com/ daily for about 3-4 hours ever single day of the week, except the weekends sometimes..
