It's just a public bot with a little addon called "stats" which can help to kick meganoobs.. but that's all.
If you wanna a real ladder with balanced team, go elsewhere : RGC, DL, Dotalicious...
If you wanna have fun with friends, u can play there. If you don't have friends... sorry!

public is able for everyone for public not need u any vouch or something else, there is just a difference in "mods", u cant play public game -cm, right? u can get noob who does not know to buy courier or wards, and he will fall his team down, right?
this is public with -ap -ar -sd -rd mods only, and u only what can do to play for stats "wellcome to playdota.eu ladder stats", what is not clear?
RGC, DL, Dotalicious can host with ELO system because server is first started with that system, Eurobattle- playdota.eu is LADDER STATS server!(was), RGC and Dotalicious have mega noobs without stats system(lower than 2000 points-mostly time), ELO is suck already for those communityes, and DL is imba without stats system because u only can play with key.
and i forgot to add answear about friendly games, 4/5 stacked team is 2% fun on stats ladder, and only fun is when u have 1 friend with u, that is much more fun then playing solo.

i generaly think players on playdota are old fashioned u can se 3 type of games ar sd ap and rarely rd so i think people should play more various types of modesso it would be more intresting

that is not posible, low players only can play any mode,for urself i can say: i can play any mode, but for pub i wouldnt recommended -cm and -cd

1-when they votekick u dont get banned
2-they cant drop u unless about (2 minutes) has passed ? i mean LOL i can restart my router in 30 secs

and yeah ur right ..we have to wait 5 minutes so the mister u have to reconnect to server while we r drinking some coffee!!!

everybody on server can restart router in 30 sec.
