Ofcourse you can also just read the text and say that the answer is "What"
But like i said the riddle itself is incorrect, as in this interpretation there is no question which makes the "riddle" a simple statement.

Thats the point of the riddle to pay attention to the details.
What is the correct answer.
The problem in posting riddles here is that probably any of them can be easily googled, but I might figure out something.
