That sound is Skywrath mage's sound from dota2, if a player predicts their win with Sky picked, this superannoying shit always palyed to everyone in the game :DD

Image how much profit they got from only this event. Some warcraft3 map called dota1 is smth irrelevant for icefrog compared to this

That doesnt sound so easy to make, but who knows what cen pulls out of his hand.
anyway, before bots become available there used to be "personal" banlists. U add a pleyer into its database and when that player join lobby which u are already in, it informs you about him (also can provide description & ban duration, if my memory serves well), so if u are a game owner, u can easily kick him.

I don't think that an autokick like this would be hard to make, gproxy has something similar build in as well imo, it just needs some modifications I guess. But the easiest solution is this banlist thingy I knew some ppl used it and works perfect. Dunno how well does it cooperate with the latest patch tho, but worth some testing.

Btw I think Bart wanted his other picture for the competition, this one was for commy. Pretty sure he just mixed them up
Nope. The one for Common: he tried to make only the elephants blue, while the one for comp. was tinted in blue. You got the impression that he mixed them bcs the 2nd one had more blue 
The one he wrote "for common" Is a hella cool picture I would definitely totally vote for it on first place, it's not completely blue, the sky has other colors actually very nice work, while the other one that he wrote "for competiton" is just a sinlge blue tinted shit. (sry Bart if you really wanted that for the competition ) But srsly. This one is completely awesome competition material: while this one should be only a joke for common's blue mania: Whatever I secretly vote for Bart's work, the not only blue one
