It was via whispering.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Guy had to say to everybody something, didn't stop crying and spamming the whole game.After ignoring him he started insulting via whisper.

I attached the logfile highlited his wisper as well.

Mate, it's not edited. You can see the letters ''I i'' there head are cut down, only turkish players write like this.with letters 'cut'.
I made screenshot in the game as well, but it didnt work, when i opened it in paint my desktop appeared not the game itself.
Anyway, you can accept or not, the proof is there.

i had also a similar ban req with proxy as evedence but 0 , the culprit escaped punishment

As efko explained screenshot is needed. Don't worry if he is a flamer he will be reported again and get what he deserves. I guess if there is no more evidence this request has to be locked next time try to screenshot or even take a picture with camera :P

he was locked by me 1 weeks ago on la bot but if efko want he can look him on warden for a few days
