No, pd will announce its plans to integrate itself into Dota 2. 1 year later, nothing happens. Then it will die completely.

Very good poll, indeed. I hate all xpam moderators, cause they are so unfair, and every time when I post unban request, they just ignore me and ban me again. So unfair.
And also, this guy ak.46,5 also sux, when I post MH request, he just denies it and tells invalid request. I hope you eat potato untill the rest of your life! Damn.
Lol, but there are so many things you can make with potatoes, you won't make him miserable this way!

I never said it was. However, you make it sound like download speeds don't matter. You are constantly uploading and downloading data while your playing. Almost all internet providers will give you stronger dl speeds than upload, that is because most of what you do online in download, hence upload speeds will be more of the bottleneck. Sometimes I play and dl at the same time and do not limit my upload speeds at all.
My connection --> 15mb dl; 2mb ul
Nothing to prove, I am just saying you can't just auto rule out dl speeds, it all depends on every individuals connection speeds.

just limit your upload to 2kbs or disable upload for torrent by rightclick on µtorrent/bittorrent and set uploadlimit to 2 (if you see only min 10 make it 10 and than right click again and there will be 1,2,3,4,...)

Your still going to have a higher ping/ lags. With that kind of dl speed.The lower you set it the less you will be affected, simple as that.

Get gproxy or stop joining games and ruining them when you know your connection is flaky.
Exactly, nobody wants to play with game ruiners like you. Knowing you might drop and ruin game, do really think you deserve a free pass? Even if you say it is not your fault, try to think about all the people who's game you have ruined.
