Plugging / Ban evading

4: When was the Rule Broken?
From start of the game until he got autobanned (still I wanted to report because this player break rules everyday and ban evading)

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
This user evades ban on all accounts, flaming, insulting, plugging and ruining every game on all accounts with similar nicknames. I wish to lock this player one time for ever.

His accounts list I could find where he was with 100% proofs:
