got same issue last night, updated avast & win. Had similar issue in the past and to add exclusion used to work, but after that latest update exclusion doesnt work anymore, so I have disabled avast everytime I play W3.

in step by step
- disable avast (and keep it disable)
- delete eurobattle.net (usually in c:/Program Files(x86) ) -running uninstaller doesnt work for me
- download & install new loader
- should work now

i have different problem
i also had some bug that couldnt connect to bnet
when I did download instaler v7  and run it to instal xpam again.. the popup window with instalation started and then out of sudden disappeared and also that instalation icon disappeared as well.. like wtf.
post gproxy log here

He can't provide Gproxy log as he is unable to install Gproxy 😄

even simple "Lobby is full" would do imo
if anyone woudl be interested in my sound pack I can drop u some wavs for it...its all duke nukem style:

for 1st & 2nd it works when u copy img location and when u paste it change https:// to http:// looks liek secured protocol wont load up
and 3rd link is video, which cant be used as avatar probably.

That doesnt sound so easy to make, but who knows what cen pulls out of his hand.

anyway, before bots become available there used to be "personal" banlists. U add a pleyer into its database and when that player join lobby which u are already in, it informs you about him (also can provide description & ban duration, if my memory serves well), so if u are a game owner, u can easily kick him.
