Most players here play since v5.0-6.0 so they think that there is one dota that evolves slightly. I play dota since v3.6 at reign of chaos. Dota always evolved, hereos were removed/added map changed etc.
This is how dota worked since day 1! If Dota didn't evolve then we would still have 30 heroes and a map that looked like the one at 2004. Yes Dota1 evolved and 6.90a8 is the last step in evolution, the best dota map created since 2004. And now Dota1 server wants to become kind of Dota2 server to evolve and to that evolution step non-Dota map is official map for Dota1 with 30% of total dota players. This is 2020. with something good, very good which is going to be slowly removed in favor for few individuals who only spam in this topic or insult me or your moderators. Simple separate 2 leagues and let us play our game. Every time someone forget to use L automatically is created SHIT Dota7 and it takes 30 seconds to create once again while losing players who fill other games. Those people from Lobbying group only insult or post unrelated spam or use fake account for insulting your Head Moderator - this guy Tyrande, 2 years inactive forum account now comes to insult only, and what was he doing 2 years ago? He was insulting everyone. And bookeyize belongs to someone from this group Happy.. / grga_man / kna / MarvinJunior / nikolagay - all of them only want to eliminate Dota6.9 and Dota6.9 players and they are officially supported, few people got support over the majority of people who just play the game and the most of Dota6.9 players do not visit forum. The real measure of current situation is in games and players and it is much above 500 Dota6.9 players and bellow 200 Dota7 players on dota.eurobattle.net. None from Dota6.9 players was against idea to help others who wanted to get rid of !privobs, but why to do damage on our back? Why we have to suffer with huge majority of players and games so minority can be satisfied. iErnesto94 you are playing 6.9 map as well more often than Dota7, along with everyone from administration team, all of you are Dota6.9 players. Why do you play 6.9 if Dota7 is the next step in evolution? Because there are not enough players for Dota7 and because you like Dota6.9. The majority of players who provide 1000 dota games every week will slowly leave because when they come there is not always possible to start the game, so they go to play something else and not dota. Ask Dota6.9 players what do they think about removing the map and placing Dota7 as default map and entire picture will be much more clearer. agree to the topic.

To be honest, if there is no 6.9 map, many players would already leave this server. And i am sure those players who play 6.9 map, wouldn't switch to 7 if old map goes to history. Only a third of the current number of players would remain on server.
So let's enjoy both maps and keep the old one alive because of the majority who play it.
Just to add... After commands changed, Players got confused... I recived so many messages here and on my cellphone with one question "is 6.9 really dead ?!".
Thank you Adm1n and Sejtura for support. Sejtura agreed about how many players would remain on server, situation with custom games and other servers is not known to me, but half of players and above 60% of games will be vanished if this situation does not change. It is really shocking to overtake main dota command for the game creation from the majority of people where new map could have !pubn or !pub7. Okay you triggered me to reply on this, on other server there is 6k players who play v7 and you and other 40 players who are uncapable to learn new staff and adjust to play old map, so at the end there is 6k players and lets say they play 3 games per day 18000 games vs your 400 games.
Beat that.. How other people could adjust you can too, if you cant play that old v6 and stfu.
I stopped playing here because of an old map, but i want you to see overall how many people accepted and you and small majority make big deal about this, so ridiculous. Who gives a fuck about other server? You do not play on this server, why are you posting useless comments? Leave this place to Dota1 players and Dota1 is Dota6.9 map. Now take a hand of nikolagay, MarvinJunior and all others who does not play on this server and go play with other 6k players, in case they really exist. Also why 6.9 should stay as official map and not the classic dota 6.73d?
Why not. Classic dota 6.73d can also be added if there is interested players. But first separate 2 leagues before making 3rd and make Dota 6.9 default again. There are over 6000 Dota7 players and over 18000 games on some unknown server, why do people like nikolagay, MarvinJunior, grga_man and some others spam here if they have another server. Here games can't start in less than 5 minutes, on unknown server with 18000 Dota7 daily games it will start in few seconds. Mate I'm kinda too lazy go into a discussion with you regarding this matter, it would take too long and I honestly don't want to waste too much of my brain cells on this.

Dota7 = 7 - 2 = 05150 accounts involved playing Dota6.9 and 50 accounts involved playing Dota7. Imagine running a Dota 1 community during the time when three different Warcraft patches are active, still caring enough to try and make the best choices and compromises for the sake of community, and ending up with these kind of topics on an almost weekly basis and people asking you: "Why do you run this server man?" The fuck is wrong with some of you guys...
Anyway, TL:DR, the point is, the whining was the same when 6.85 was out, as well as when 6.89 was out, and here we go again on 7.00. Perhaps the best thing some of you guys can do is switch to GameRanger, those peeps choose not to evolve and keep playing 6.83, sounds like a fucking dream for some of you guys.
I don't even play 7.00 and even I agree that it's better to switch to it, simply cause things have to progress in order for improvement to happen. Or I guess you can do what Bnet peeps are doing, and play versions like Dota 6.85k NE15 v6. The perks of patching up a single Dota version are real...
Your post has no point and is not related to this subject since you are not dota player anymore and this topic is about dota players and dota game, and the question is for you, why do you care to post about this if you are not a player? If you want Dota7.00 go and play it or watch it or use GameRanger to play it, but do not make an illusion and do not talk about default map with minority of players and games should be improvement and progress just because its newer. You and GameRanger are made for eachother. Newer does not mean more quality or better experience nor in this case is more popular. Let the things to be back to as before where Dota6.9 is default and then talk about progress. Here we do not have equality, 423 vs 267 games is small difference for only 5 days, isn't it? Now go and switch to GameRanger and enjoy your Dota 6.85k NE15 v6. Good luck. And what does it mean this 423 vs 267? It means 10 accounts in each game to start and to finish the game, from 10 accounts in each game 5 accounts will get +PSR and 5 accounts will get -PSR, 4230 Dota6.9 accounts vs 2670 Dota7 accounts. This is very huge difference in popularity. And from 2670 accounts involved more than 500 are undecided players or better to say they prefer Dota6.7 but play Dota7 because it happens mistake with !pub command or they do not know how to host Dota6.9. In one room can be 4230 chocolates and free and in another 2670 and free, all chocolates are the same. Which room is better to pick? 10 people will eat 4230 chocolates entire year and 5 people will eat 2670 chocolates half of the year. Logic is more than simple. This topic is about active Dota6.9 map and wild buggy misscalled dota map Dota7, and players. Please stick to the topic. 10 or more posts are not related with topic.

You say that remembering to put l in a command is too hard but argue to split the bots into two channels which is 200% more confusing and will completely divide the player base on their own isolated islands.
l or c, who cares really, if I didn't write what it means nobody would even know, it is irrelavant, a single letter. 6.9 is a legacy map for the simple fact that it will not receive a single patch or update ever again as claimed by the creator. So it will eventually become just like Icefrog Dota.
!lobbies command can be improved to show which DotA is used for the game, this way you don't need to enter the game to find out.
why do you run this server man?
for fun for gain whatever the reason but you have to give the players what they want or they will just fuck off...do it the right way.

why you didnt add the new items on 6.90
instead of changing the whole 6.90 you could add and fix...and you should know that upgrades is not forever on ....you may improve the base.!.but.!.at some point when you reach perfection upgrade should stop ...means any change or add will make it worse.

1-fix tuskar bug in 6.90
2-add the new items from v7 to v6.90 without changing anything of map features

@Arthas this is it, Dracol1ch is map creator and not cen. No more updates. We are all used to what 6.9 map already offer to us. Cen can separate dota6.9 and dota7 as 2 leagues with 2 ladders and 2 channels or Dota6.9 can be default again with !pub command. Thank you for support. Call people who play with you to join this topic with their oppinions. The same guys, lobbying group convinced administration to push this change so they can take a part of dota6.9 players and they got it. Minority of Dota7 map is above the Majority of Dota6.9 map. This can happen only on dota.eurobattle.net.

Player base was already split with decision to put Dota7 as 2nd official dota and since then we have: 1. majority of Dota6.9 players who play mostly or only 6.9 map, 2. obviously small amount of people who play mostly or only Dota7, and 3. people who play both maps, again huge percent here is for Dota1 6.9 map. Now why commands !pub and !publ are problem now, it is very simple logic: Lobbying group of few individuals made wrong picture about current situation and percent of players who play Dota7 and since this forum is used in most situations to ask for unban or ban, it is logical on some poll to not be much interests from regular Dota6.9 players who does not read much around. And so lobbying group, or few groups or few individuals wanted to make ideal environment and they presented fake picture. None really care if it is publ or pubc or pubd or whatsoever, Default map is now Dota7 and side map is Dota6.9, every time someone wants to host Dota6.9 he has chance to have unintentionally created Dota7 instead which in the long run will make 5-25% of undecided players to use default map because it is default. And each channel info about game they play, Custom maps are supposed to have expected channel and bot name to makes all of this easy. 2 best players on ladder and on server for 2020 are Dota6.9 focused players Rob_Real and TooShade, and they were both untouchable for months until it was not really possible to progress anymore. Last update with giving !pub to dota7 is done in favor for about 1/3 of community population. Dota6.9 map has over 65% games and Dota7 map less than 35%. Lagabuse favoritism to Dota7 is giving advantage and making it harder for Dota6.9 when creating the game. Example is making game remake and missing to use huge L so it is hosted Dota7 which mean Host need to unhost and create the game again while losing players. Dota6.9 and Dota7 is not the same game, Dota7 is like Dota2, while Dota6.9 is classic dota1 game and the only same thing used in both are heroes and building names, neutrals names, skills names and similar stuff. Few ideas to solve this for next/new season: 1. Separate completely Dota6.9 and Dota7 - separate Ladder, let bot to calculate stats in one database for Dota6.9 and in second for Dota2 2. 5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. In late game only Luna and me tried to do something in game, we did our best to defend base but other 3 players had something else on their mind. Dark_Tauren(Axe) - for only to him known reason he teleported at tower where 4 or 5 opponents attacked tower and from chat and from his movements he died on purpose. Just after his respawn he died again while he could move back to safe zone, again died on purpose. No effort from him to win the game in late game. hariboo - no effort to do something in game since start. When I got level6 I moved down to help them to kill Panda and hariboo(Naix) was supposed to move back to our creeps so Panda could go out from tower range, Grunt_machine(Dazzle) was with us and he moved little back, but naix literally decided to farm almost in range of Scourge lvl1 down tower and it was not possible to make kill, and all the time after time there was no interest from Naix to be useful in game, he was farming almost all the time, missing almost all important team fights and in late game he refused to defend base and was afk for more than 5 minutes, getting exp to reset timer from time to time, chatting something on Turkish with others and doing nothing. Grunt_machine(Dazzle) - he was not helping us, never used grave to save us, only saving him. In last 10-15 minutes Dazzle went out to farm woods while Scourge team was slowly destroying towers and later rax. At start Joda/Axe was solo down versus Bristle. Crix was farming our woods and for unknown reason Axe left his line to sabotage Crix farming. Down side is empty and tower is slowly dying. In 16 Axe ignored entire team, it was ok for some time. Later in the game our teammates complained about Axe and wanted to kick him from the game, and in 50 minute 3 or 4 of us pushed middle line, 4 from Scourge players died, 1 revived and Axe was just moving near doing nothing for 2 minutes, we almost killed tower and instead to push 4 of us versus 2, Axe did nothing, we died while trying. Later we killed all or almost all of them and it was crucial for the game to push and to make mega creeps, Axe only ignored to push, he was farming around woods, giving zero fuck to win the game. After that Scourge players get better and they slowly get advantage, Axe was going to feed alone versus 4-5 of them and when we are near we never knew what to expect from him, and so it was not possible to win the game. My Tuskar got fast level25 and with tanky items our team was much stronger in team fights even 4 versus 5, all we needed to finish the game, to win earlier was Axe player and he was like he did not want to win the game at all. If he wanted to get item faster, destroying towers and rax in base was the best option for him and for team. He deserve ban for that, we lost because of him. 6: Link of the game?
