Technical support / Cant choose talents bugfix

Some people appear to have a bugged talent tree, after some troubleshooting I found a fix.
I got the bug on a fresh install of wc3 downloaded from eurobattle but I didnt have the bug on my old install that I use for RGC. After some comparison it seems to come down to the file War3Patch.mpq located in the game folder.
File needs to be ~49mb, if the file is ~42mb then the talent tree will not dispay (probably due to missing textures).
Here is my file War3Patch.mpq if someone needs a fix.
