The most of Happy.. posts are insults towards me and other users or spam not related to the subject matter, posts with no valuable content. Are the forum rules applicable in this situation? In the post bellow Happy.. call'd over 50 forum members "peasants":

His insults were minor. I understand that there is frustration regarding the map change. However, @Happy.. it would be nice if you were a bit more positive.
