There is no such thing as !delete, !ban, !unban, !locked etc on forum. We just use them to indicate a moderation action because this "!" is the bot's trigger for commands. If you rlly need to make test topics then, please, try to make them in offtopic, not here.

!locked (I use the "lock" button from topic's options; doesnt lock because I write so)
