now my suggestions about some rules changes:
for saving game. there are more than 50% players who don't know what is save game and they got ban for that.
my idea is related with table of sanctions. for 1st time will be bether to increase ban for 1 day = 1st time 2 days , and every next time 5 days ban without permaban (permaban only if player have intension to make problems when someone lagging or similar)
with permaban players are forced to make new accounts and do same things again. with short bans they will start thinking about reading rules. biggest problem here

sometimes players make mystakes and got permabanned for ban avoiding on all accounts they have. it should exist difference between autoban and ban by moderator and best way is to ban player only on accounts where he did played in ban period. if player is banned and with intension break rules more and more, then go permaban on all active acc. always will be bad and good guys

Fountain camping with sniper, pudge and other heroes can be annoying and that is allowed.
In rules "Fountain farming while no enemies playing, may be considered as exploit situation in order to cheat player statictics" is forbiden to farm kill stats only if there are no enemy players in game. Some players won't finish and won't attack towers and rax. This is big hole in rules. They stay 5 minutes, sometimes more than 10 and make more and more kills. My opinion about stats farm by base camping is to be forbiden, or allow players in loser team in this specific situation to leave game and after unban request to be unbanned without warn. Rarely happens to player in loser team won't leave game after all in that team leave and staying in game with intention to allow opponents to farm stats

They rape us, snip got 2x divine rapiers, buriza and more items, he stay at our fountain and killing us in 1 hit more than 5 min. There are million of solutions to this problem.Pudge is one big problem but he can be pushed to fountain via force staff when he eats someone and he gets killed because force staff just does push w/o canceling ulti , but if you dont realise that in 5 mins nor you ff , it is your problem not theirs.And if they manage to destroy fountain , thats just hilarious.And letting sniper getting 2 divines before 25 mins is also hilarious.If your teammates are too retarded to vote !ff, they maybe deserve to be killed over and over, but why would YOU deserve that? When one guy check that sniper, sniper was with unthinkable stats for us in that moment. Why should i waste my brain more than 10 min by watching how some idiot killing us every 30 seconds again and again. And about fountain killing should be added rule where is forbidden to do that. Game is not created for things like destroying fountain. Imagine player from top50 in apem meganoob max1400 PSR with sniper. All noobs have stats 1-5k/10-15d..
We didn't know what is force stuff in that moment and how to use it, maybe force didn't exist in that moment (i think item was created after some period, not sure)

99% of users do not know what sync is doing , they always write it when they see someone tries to reconnect (ofc the player will drop in 90% of cases)
Removing Votekick when game is paused/in lagg screen mode
When someone tries to reconnect mostly no one wants to wait that he reconnects so they write !votekick <player> and everyone writes !yes (in 50% game is ruined because no one wants to wait 5 min)

Mostly people kick tr because "all" of them got mh , thats not true. There are some pro turks, game should be based on psr not nationality. And if no one knows where is he from he cant say EXAMPLE : cetnik, ustasa etc. Means rare nationality flame

When the player joins the first time a LA game bot should write " Please reg at our forum to get the info about our rules and ..." so if he say " ohh sorry i didnt know it was not allowed" we can say you received a whisper of our bot , your fault , BANNED ! Ofc there will be some unbans but only at some cases. At Maphackers, maphackers will get a second chance after #month , after we rewrite our rules we will point out that hacking is PERMA BAN, with no excuse .
