Or they can give you gold Warlock award if you win 3 times, silver Warlock award if you win twice and bronze Warlock award if you win once :)

Big tour is in plan, but at the moment, we are trying to increase the popularity with our 'small' tournaments (1v1 & 2v2) in order to get more people.
When we 'grow big', there will be 5v5 tours.
We expect it this winter.

ofc i have issues..my issues is that i dont wana chase awards (what u do not understand here) ...u was tour mod who organise that tour so if u see that i have issues at least u wont said something like that,especialy coz black told me that admins know about that and i didnt anything type after that until u didnt post that "chase ur awards" :o

No , we won't give these wards until at least a considerable nr of participants achieves the first rank .
Why update , considering by the nr of tour needs for each rank , it will be not easy for people to get em .
But ofc we will see it in the near future , if it will need update , we will update it .

I will analaze my game against Roxxan in wr tour xDD
It was dark times, i found a light in my room, then power cable to my laptop and finally i connected to internet - to my source of forever life.
I entered a room - pd tour on xpam. I see lots of people, my heart is ticking like big scale nuclear bomb. Excitement at his peak, can't think straight, i whispered my friends: I can;t play i can't feel my fingers. After few secs my numbness has gone.
I was skyping with my so called "serbian wannabe tour mods", simply named roxxy the foxy and ball'less jingle. (Yes in fact, he doesnt have balls.)
They said OMG. I am thinking, OH DEAR GOD LET ME HAVE IZI OPPONENT SO WILL AT LEAST WIN 1 round.
After that, I got message, roxxy is gonna play, i laugh like Evil MUHAHAAH but without ears flipping up and down. (is it possible?)
I decided that Pavle aka ugly on the stick, is going to make bracket, yep that was mistake, he is infamous of destroying tours before it starts coz he cannot seed teams or players.
He sent me link to the bracket, I am thinking is the TIME NOW, to play for glory, to rape everything what stands before you, i am imaginig myself as viking in 1000year ago who massively fucked all in north european with their "ganks". But reality strike me, first of all there won't be ganks in 1v1, we fight fair and square (only roxxoxoxoxan believed it, u will see later in my story). Im wakin up in my room with my JD whiskey at least 1 positive.
Back to bracket, my emotions were like please dont put me against raven, i dont want POLISH MASSACRE in 1st game. Please lemme play in final against vaikiss or sk so will be decent games. BUT OFC NO, life sux, jingle sux too btw, I see myself on the list.......And again im in my world, i see scene from Lord of the ring 1st episode, in the dwarves mine, when the music Is THUM THUM THUUM THUUUMMBm and horde of orcs and caven troll is going after me, BUT i dont have MITHRILL ARMOR ON ME, i think fuck wake UP.
....On the list i see roxxy against me, ye i bet he asked 0balls to do it. He dig or dick his own grave, i thought.
We, tour mods, started others games and could focus finally on our game.....
He types !start force.....i jizzed in my pants.... And then -apomnpsh on my chat, WR IS THE HERO...... beatiful lady, chick, green chick but not troll race.
First minutes were gone like wtf, am I in the matrix?
I felt like NEO, avoiding rihana pff roxanna powershots's, i guess he was pissed. BUt i felt great killing instinct which was like MH, and the hate like never u met before.
20mins are past, i cooled myself, 2shots of JD were empty, i didnt notice when i drink it.
I thought, cool i should start play my game, not hide behind tower. He is not that scary, in fact he is inferior to me.
I saw his items that time, i thought damn we wont kill each other like that. I decided for push ! Im best at "push"when it comes to women, so myb it can work out in game too. (Who knew that time, that this experiment will work?)
...Next 5mins were battles of creeps, getting gold.....like the rich bastards....
I clicked on him, he is going for hex, im like MUAHAHA he will never have it!
Im still w/o boots, who cares, i guess he thought im noob- 30mins and no boots? how he travels?
It was decisive! I played my mind tricks with him, and suddenly my GOLD COURIER brought Radiance, the light which gave me courage to win!
Having radiance the gold the blight the omg items which burns people in my invenotry made me invicible....!
I thought i would gank, to suprise him, like a god damn IMBA TROLL. It worked, he backed from me, he ran away to fountain..... but it was too late, my creeps were radiating, and his were dead....Towers were like butter, soft and easy to penetrate with my.... well longsword, or was it broadsword?
FInally in 40mins of 100%concentrating my mind, I WON, i made him feel miserably, he never spoke of it..... pride warrior felt... i hope i wont never meet this sad fate.....
ANd then there was next round, but who cares about that, when I was the hero in my room (even tho no one watched or knew about it)

I lose pudge tour in final cause some random noob observer lags right when i move forward ... then i can't move back -> die -> lose.
From now on no more observers in my games, i don't care if it's final or not, i had enough of this shit, this is the 3rd time the exact same thing happened.
Exactly when there was a chance to go for the kill if i can't move for 2 seconds, some random who has nothing to do with final and isn't a tour mod starts lagging.
The game should've been remaked with no observers, since it was clear as day that the observer was the only reason i died there, but ofc no one said anything, because fuck fairness.

Hey, why is there a second shredder tour, and there hasn't been any lina tour or qop tour or cm tour or venge tour or sniper tour or luna tour or crix tour or viper tour or sd tour or aa tour or wd tour or lesh tour or ench tour ? I talked to him, his justification for it was "you won't find players for 1 tour/day", as if that's my fault if it's true, and it's not true by the way, you saw yesterday how many players were for sf wars tour, the only problem is the lack of fun in some tours, that's why people aren't coming, like shredder tour for example, 0 fun.

Yeah that's true, but i think announce it a bit earlier, like 1 hour before start would be nice, cause if ppl know it by that time, they won't start a dota 20 mins before start for example, and won't miss the tour cause they are in another game. For example 1 of my clanmates missed the last mad balls tour cause he was in a dota and can't finish it in time. Overall i don't think it will dramatically increase the number of participants, but worth a try.
Dunno mb ask your superiors if they allow it.

All i have to say are 2 things:
1. In the topic Agov^ made to announce the event (the tournament) it's written that registration opens at 18:00 Server Time...if players are interested in participating they will read the announcements on the forum regarding tournaments and they will know when to play dota and when not to.
2. mrNiceguy said i shouldn't abuse the announcement command...so i won't.
That command is just to remind them about stuffs...not to let them know 1st time about tournaments O.o

The hard part for me isn't choosing 3 tournaments each week :P but the "approval" thing because i'm just Mod and sure i can propose tournaments each week but i need approval to host those tournaments ;D and not everyone is freeloader gypsy vagabond like me with no real life job and shit load of free time :)

I am currently looking for non-dota related tournaments .. i hate 1v1 games and cant really keep my focus up after 1 game. so having a dota 1v1 tournaments for me is something that i cant really participate in .. but i know since other love them and such that well .. i just have to live with it ..
Non to the part that's important or i want to suggest .. ( whatever ) .. i would like to propose hosting other maps as tournaments .. maybe some sort of TD's ? ( EEVE TD ) / ( Blood Tournament ) these are the current examples i got .. or Even WW-2 and maps like that pretty fun Team Challenging games.
if the 3v3 arena tour will be taking Sundays of every week maybe consider adding another day for tournaments so instead of 3 days maybe 4?

Actually Oufo, i wanted to do 4 tournaments this week, tuesday,thursday,saturday and sunday.
But...i have a little problem.
In our Tours Team we got only 1 superior...6ur.
Usually i create the "weekly tournaments proposal" and i study what has been done and what not in a long time and i propose a list of tournaments.
But my list requires APPROVAL because it's standard and i find it normal to ask for approval from my superiors beforei make it "official"
Why? because it's the same in real life. You don't do shit without your boss' permission.
Sometimes...6ur is busy,got a really exhausting real life job...and he doesn't have time to solve all tournament stuff and hacks things and it takes him a while before he answers my proposals and ideas.
I understand you enjoy non-dota tours...i'm trying to host one each week because i think it's normal.
Can't host other tournaments because, again, such things need a "template" and approval.
Do you see the template i made for Arena Tournament 3v3 CW ?
It took the GFX team 1 day to make the picture and took me 3 days to come up with the plan...and 1 more day for 6ur to study it and approve it.
5 days to set up a new tournament...imagine the same for each new idea of CG tour you want :P
In time i'll study what other maps got success on the server and create tournament templates for them also, but sorry...i'm only 1 man with several jobs and an anonymous alcoholic 2-3 nights a week ;D

At least u can Get back the legion TD tour in anytime soon .. and maybe a castle fight tourny. they already have a template i think . u could just change the map to something newer. ( not the best CG's ) but can work. and another mirana wars would be gr8 if u can :) .

As many of you ask, since we have PSR awards only for players 1600+ , we added
1500 PSR : reward will be 30
1400 PSR : ------ will be 35

I meant, when will you start introducing a little more diversity in the tournament creation ? Different tournaments. How long can you keep up with the excuse of "we don't have templates" to justify the lack of new tournaments ? It's been around 5 years since you ( you is referring to the la tour section in general, not you in particular, because you may have not even been here 5 years ago :) ) first said that, and in those 5 years only around 10 new tournaments or so have been added.
That's kind of ridiculous, don't you agree ?

Ontopic : We are working on some tournament templates,
1) -wtfapom mode : http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?topic=164340.0 as you can see here
2) Some new non-dota tournaments, we are still working on it.
3) A general -apom mode with all heroes. (hereos will be chosen either by a voting inside the channel (la-tour), either by voting in the the forum > tour topic or by the moderator who host's the tournament.
4) Daily Tournaments (That common was your idea, i tried to make true and i did, but after that for some unknown reason you left us and we canceled it due to lack of moderators. :) ) we just need few mods more for the dailys and we will run it.
5) LA Summer Tournaments ( coming soon ;) )
Anyway, guys, more info's will be announced when everything is ready.

lately? since on 2012 for u its lately :D 3 years are enough for u? more than 250 tours participated,50 of them created by me. that isnt enough for u? u also said that that i was the one who ruined tours section,well that is not true also. those numbers up says everything.
and rly what has to do my demotion with those icons. imo oufo is right. not everyone here won +20 tours like me,ns and some other guys here so i dont see a reason why not to make them perm. the only value the have is to look a little bit cool,its not that we are going to sell them or eat :D and they are a sign that u won something for that u have that icon,like here on forum.

Tournament staff is preparing a lot of novelties for you, so stay tunned! For now, I will just reveal that PSR gain will be increased.
If you have any suggestions about anything related to tournament section, be free to share, please.
Also dont forget to tell us which tournaments are your favorite, and which ones you would like to see in future.
Which server time does fit you the best? Is it current 18:00 ST fine. or would it be better if we moved it to 19:00 or even 20:00? Help us, so we can help you!

When current ladder season ends (around 7th february), most active player shall be promoted to member group Tournament Supporter.
That is new member group, created especially for active and dedicated players, its something like VIP.
Tournament Supporters shall have unique and special privileges like:
- Custom Tournament Supporter title on Lagabuse.com forum
- Access to Tournament Supporters private section on forum
- Private Ban & Unban section that will be solved before any other requests
- Forum ladder icon
- Colored nickname on "Users online" list.
- First 3 most active players (in tournaments) will get voice on lagabuse.com official channel
- Stats reset/swap once per month

Yes it is working, without PSR nobody would join tours. Sad truth.
I see your point about ruining ladder, and partially you are right, but also remember this - having the highest PSR on ladder doesnt make you the best player. Example: stalker is 56th. Do you think there are 55 better players on LA than him? Another example: JOJO_NOOB is 11th. The guy that plays only with Slark. He shouldnt be in top 50 if you ask me..
Long story short > if you wanna be in top 20, play tournaments. Ladder is unbalanced anyway.

as u can see i won 3 games and in the end i won only 5 psr which is normal and nooone let me to win u can check all those game. during that day i also won 2 1800+ games,u think they let me win also? stop accusing without facts

Be more specific mate, what opinions for? Just for nondota maps? What about to make some MMORPG TOUR? long time ago i played a lot of rpg games for example LoTR mode, Diablo etc..theyre can be also saved by some kind of text code so we can easily select a winners.. (First who will kill finaly Boss) This event could be played also out of tournament time, just to find some good map and gg ;)

I remember the map had bugs which can be abused, especially in a tournament. I played it probably ~5 years ago so I can't really remember the bugs but you should test the map if you are planning to host it as a tournament.

Well, I didn't know anything about bugs, wanted to try some new tour. Anyway, we can swich any tour instead of this one, so np :)

Invoker Wars 2.2.w3x in this map i couldnt find any bugs. (i am not sure since i tried it in single player but probably there is no. I just faced a problem, when i press Q it acts like its been pressed 2x what i mean is when i tried EEQ it became EQQ. I will try to find out)

if there is more than 1 round, will be moore than one winner.

No matter how many rounds there are there is always a finale. If there are too many people for one game then more games are created and the best of those games play a finale where a winner is decided, thats how tournaments are held all around the world. There cant be 2 or more winners of a tournament, there can be 2 or more players who have won a tournament if they worked as a team in which case a team would have won the tournament, but in no way more than one player can be the winner of a tournament. This is like finishing a tournament halfway through, a winner cant be decided this way. How can one kind of tournament sometimes have one winner and sometimes more than one winner? This is just out of this world and it doesn't make any sense at all.

Secondly, i think its impossible to do that
for example if there is 8 participants in Uther Party tour so the first 3 are A, B and C
and those participants want another round overwhelmingly will be 2 cases
1) A,B and C are the best 3 against, in this case we cant play the final in 3 participants
2) D,E and F are the best 3 this time, in this case would be like we remake first round.
i think the solution is to do not make more than one round.

LOD 5v5 or 1v1 or 2v2 dont know just something might be. there are plenty of players who plays it but ofc you can do some tutorial. or that map DOTA FUN which has some extra heroes. dont know if version will make some problem.
SF VS MİRANA - search for balanced version :D

search for some good maps which can be played. just make a poll and try everyone of them. you wont lose anythnig. tour players are almost same, maybe even you will get some other extra players. dont know this is just my suggestion.

In first phase of tour called "Minior-tour" we should find who is best player of nation which means 1 player from every nation.
In secound phase of tour called "Best player of LA" we should gather best players of their nation and find out who is best player on LA.
Minior-tour and general one works same way. 1v1 SHOM
I know its kinda "daily" tour but this can be organized after holidays after XMAS tour. U can open topic so guys can sign for tour and there should be deadline like 1-2 week maybe so all of them can gather.

Hello, few days ago my legit tournament win didnt count. I strongly believe that by request of some beloved racist members in this community my legit tour win didnt count and i get banned.
You accuse me of being team with xy in mirana wars tour however I had no communication with him, I only killer him 3 times 'ın the game out of 45 kills and in only one position i attack the same guy with him. If you check the replay you can find players which we killed a guy together. Its really disturbing and sad how this community reacts this way. Just because a player obviosly a racist requested to take my win back you banned me and took away my win without watching the replay. I'm pretty sure that you didnt watch it becaused I watched it again to see if I did such thing unwillingly but no

Min 05:35 - big fight, ignoring each other (attacking others), both low hp
Min 06:46 - -xy- not attacking you, attacking other guy with full hp, and you had 35% hp
Min 06:50-07:25 - ignoring each other, chasing fatandviolent, xy full hp, you 35% and fat full up, clear team up and again
Min 07:06 - xy auto attack you, but stopped on purpose
Min 12:06 - attacking other guy with full hp, not attacking you with 30% hp
Min 13:20 - xy is attacking other guy, allowing you to attack him
Min 17:44 - xy is not attacking you, you were 60% hp

We are sorry for low activity in the past 3 months, it was summer, mods had rl problems, lack of mods, etc... Next season will start at the beggining of october, until then, should be some tours if mods or me find time to host. Feel free to apply for tournament moderator and help our section.
