5: So something came up and I thought I left the game in lobby but it turns out I didnt.This happened to me before and I was able to play those times.But not this time , thats why I tried to leave lobby and I was sure I did.

I think I know why this happens.If you press ESC and Alt-Tab too fast , you dont actually leave the lobby.I will be more careful of course and hopefully you can unban me on this rare occasion.

It has happened to me in the past too.
Yes it happens if you press escape and then instanlty minimise w3. You need to wait 1-2 sec for the leaving lobby animation to show up.
