Technical support / I need help..

Can somebody help me how to stabilize fps at dota1, these are my specifications laptop on which I play:

Windows 8.1 Pro
Intel Core i3-2375M CPU  1.50GHz 1.50GHz
4GB RAM
Graphic: Intel HD 3000

So I'm not looking to be right 100 fps know that it can not but even that can normally be made if that's what someone knows I'd be grateful to help me Regards

Jel moze neko da mi pomogne kako da stabilizujem fps na doti 1 ovo su mi specifikacije laptopa na kom igram:

Windows 8.1
Intel Core Dual i3 1.5ghz 1.5ghz
4gb RAM
Graficka :Intel hd 3000

Znaci ja ne trazim da bude 100 fps jel znam da ne moze al makar da mogu normalno igrat ono eto ako zna neko bio bih mu zahvalan da mi pomogne poz

That program to take off from the internet (warkeys) ... I have windows 8 and we will not all programs work but we need programs that can put the keys alt, space, shift...

Oh, we lost the game and the opponents did not want to end up than messing around the game and I told them that I immediately go and they still did not want to end up and I had to get out and after I came out 40 seconds they are completed...

Does anyone have any suggestions that button to put the keys in the inventory because whatever I put I have long fingers but it's really hard to reach them?
