Got voted to drop laggers probably.

4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?

Loss of electricity at home, internet fail, and Warcraft just freezed (I play on laptop, I tried to share net from my phone but the Warcraft freezed, got to ctrl-alt-delete it).

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.

It happens, we are all humans, it was force majeure.
