Technical support / LA game joining problem pls help

hi guys .i have a problem in joining LA games ..when i try to join game its says : another application is using a needed game port . Quit other applications and try again.

i tryed to turn off firewall and nothing , i deleted gproxy and reinstall nothing again...what is the problem? :S

anything without reinstaling my  wc3 would be useful..tnx in advance..
