I was streaming and i had to leave the game, close stream and run to the hospital , i had an emergency (i'm a dr.)

I had no motive to leave, the more because i was winning my lane and just killed my mid oponnent,2 sec after which i left.

14:25      [All]   abuserisback has left the game voluntarily, abuserisback was autobanned.
