 Attention! This guy  https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=29034 kicked me out of the game and came in instead of me. It's disgusting to do that as an admin. Tell me how can punish him for such a trick?
 Sorry, I don't know where to  appeal, so I am writing here.
