Rubik is designed for big team clashes : his ulti has a low CD, he can come into a fight, cast some AOE ulti he already stole, steal another AOE pwnage spell and cast it, and even do that again if the teamfight is not over yet...
He's like invoker in that way, he can cast MORE spells than other heroes. And if he knows when/what to steal, he's uber-dangerous.
Added his null field = he's the perfect anti-AOE-teams hero. Don't pick shaker or lich against this guy... He'll get pipe and laugh at you...
He would be balanced if that wasnt with that stupid chain nuke which has imba CD, manacost, damage, sideeffect, and range, which make him a superior hero in lane. And he has a nice attack animation, nice manapool, nice casting point, nice base damage...
His telekinesis is nothing special but a stun. Maybe you can use it to block enemies on cliffs, or to bring back a coward into the enigma's blackhole he managed to escape from.
This hero is a total joke. It was like "Hey i'm icefrog, I fucked up the last dota release so you'll just have to wait for Dota2 and give bucks to me and Valve".
But as far as I can remember, every new hero was overpowered with the new map release, and then hardly nerfed with the patch that followed.
+1 about TB, he's another icefrog's drug abuse.

!ff only annoys guys who play stacked with their friends.
In ANY GAME you have the option to LEAVE WITHOUT PENALTY under some circumstances. Here, the circumstances = the whole losing team votes for FF. What do you want? To have an EPIC game every time you play on PD.EU? To finish your 30.000 gold item build, roshan * 2, all racks down, all moonwells destroyed?
BTW when a team comes to early FF, it means that those guys have been hardly raped, and the opposite team should finish ASAP instead of fooling around. IMHO, that !FF command is the right fix to the lack of courtesy of many players around.
