Title: Add rections to posts on forum

Same on on discord, you click and select reaction to add then add to post. Sometimes you want to acknowlegde the poeter of your reaction but it doesnt make sense to spam posts.

Reactions like: "like", "smile emoji" etc

Hmmm, if there was only something similar.. Hmmm, cant think of anything like it.. Maybe some +1 karma..?
