4. 16th min until end of the game
5. he went forest, refusing to play, killing just forest creeps. He didnt want to defend base until the end of the game. Please watch replay and make a decision... he deserve ban..

After min 20 refusing to def mid rax and then bottom rax.. he might aswell be afk at that point. Completely useless forest with no intention to try.
