the reason I opened the ban post is because of the rules that the person has violated///AFK / game ruining / international feeding///. The moderator friend stated that the violated rules may be possible because the person is a new player.There is a logic error here. then I have the freedom to open a new account and violate all the rules without ban?

You clearly know how this server works. There are some top level players, and the rest of the players are bad compared to the top level players. I did not see any intentional game ruin by broodmother. He just did not know what to do when he got overwhelmed in the lane stage. You should be prepared for these kind of players or situations whenever you join a lobby with an average of 1500 psr.
