I did the ultimate with sandking 2 times, both of them blinked and escaped from me. I threw 2 ultimates in fog, and when I fired 2, I demand that how many games are examined and necessary action is taken without cutting the NC.

When I cut nc, it escapes by blinking without cutting nc when I throw the ultimate.
