I have İnternet(I may open videos from youtube or connect any other page) but my connection to eurobattle is cut time to time.

I have connection problems since yesterday but this happens only to eurobattle.net
while i have no connection to the game, I may open videos from youtube or search anything from google etc.
I deleted warcraft folder and copy&paste new one updated but it is still the same. I tried to connect to the webpage it is not connecting aswell.
Please help me.
