Nevermore was farming in the top lane. Sandking was in the shadows, he was preparing his ultimate and attacked, but Nevermore used his dagger and escaped from the attack. There was no way he could have seen it. Then, in the same manner, he chased Sandking.

Jakiro has placed a ward. Leoric, from the opposing team, can be seen by Jakiro because of the ward, but Leoric cannot see Jakiro. When Jakiro moves clockwise, Leoric changes his direction counterclockwise to catch him. Since Jakiro can see Leoric, he changes his direction, but Leoric adjusts his movement accordingly to continue chasing him.

This is 100% map hack (MH). The decision for the ban is justified.
