They wont give you skype or any other contact's. U have PM, tell them first what is problem, or suggestion.

U have complaints, feedbacks boards, can post topic there too.

Well if it's related to server, you can PM any Staff member, because all of us are in charge of some jobs, so maybe we can help you aswell. If not, we will pass the problem to MUN for sure.
