Ibra is known for spamming votekicks with no reason so there is no problem with unbanning you. Just pay attention next time and use -afk in such cases. As you can see 3 of scourge did vote.

They had a lot of wards in your forest in the mid game. There also was a ward on the bot rune in the early game. At min 20 they could see you blinking to the taverns and followed, a minute later tiny could see where you were facing before your second blink and blinked in that direction aswell, he even missed a bit. Doesn't look like a maphack to me.

Are you really seriously talking here about his creeps ? You really try to tell me that my report isnt acceptable and that i provoke him ? HE WAS AFK FOR 10 MINUTES WE COULD LOSE THE GAME BECAUSE OF HIM BEING AFK WATCH THE REPLAY AND DONT POST YOUR COMMENTS WITHOUT WATCHING THE REPLAY DUDE JUST DONT !

Then you are really sad because he had near twice more creeps then you and he was afk for 10 mins you should really start to work on your gameplay my friend. Watch some YT movies you can try LA Tours also that will be useful heres link :
