Technical support / New patch problem

Today I downloaded new patch without any problem but then below state kept happening all the time anyone how to solve this,before patch everything was normal and now I cant connect.

I got angry cuz he fucking insulted me for no reason(no feed etc) and I replied him cuz I was fucking angry but he didnt stopped so brought my family into this twice.
