Hello, I would like to welcome you at our server.  In the future folow all the steps of the ban request form, or your request will be dismieesd.

There`s no practice in the game, but I asume you were afk-farm-jungle, hes forcing you in the fountain I can`t consider as a game ruining becouse it didn`t influence the game, hes donig so is considerd as a childish behaviour, will send him a PM.

He also mentioned this by mentioning Tuskar, who was him in that game.
Regarding Force Staff usage, its easy to avoid it with -disablehelp command.
