Before using Complains  board, it is strongly advised to view
Forum & Ingame rules ,in order to avoid possible Forum sanctions.

!Note regarding Complains:

~ Moderator/admin other than the one who solved the original case or whom the complaint is about will solve your complaint.
~ Making it Public to increase Transparency of B&U Staff work.
~ Complain board is Official,and Forum rules will be strictly applied in it.
~ Noting that Members have the option to post regarding Complains even if they are not directly involved.
~ Ban & Unban Super Moderator has the last word regarding Complains, user can not demand Global Admin/Administrator to review his case.

If you are not satisfied with Moderator´s decision or you want to complain about Moderator´s behavior, you can claim your rights by posting a Report in this Board.
First of all, please be aware of our RULES.

You have to provide:

1: Your ingame nickname?
<YourNickName>
2) Moderator's nickname (as in subject).
<NickName of Moderator>
3) Why you are not happy with Moderator's decision / behavior.
<abusing commands, render bad decision, bad behavior etc.>
4) Forum link / Game link.
<link of request, link to forum post where Moderator broke rule, link of the game (post time of offence, paste chatlog, phraser actions>

note: Do not start new requests over and over again, because it violates Forum rule 1c.

Ban Requests / Report Translation [Must Read Before Posting]

When reporting Player/s  for Family Flame, National/Religious Intolernace You must provide Translation [If the chat Copy is not in English].

Forum Rules state & must be followed , specially in Ban & Unban Section :
0. General Codex
      a: Obligatory language on forum is English (excluding offtopic's country child boards)
      Note: Posts in other language than English will be deleted.
      Note: All decisions are mainly rendered by Moderators and can vary from those from 'Table of Sanctions'.
      Note: Admins' words are always indisputable.

Regardless if Staff have some members that can Understand a specific language, you Must provide translation , because we work as a team, and any problems or situations that may happen, Staff can have clear view ,and solve it in best interest of All included.

NOTES:
2. Member must not lie in MH/Ban/Unban requests:
      Note: Lying in official request may lead to additional sanctions against user account.
[If u Provide Wrong translation, that can affect outcome of the Report ,that will lead to Sanctions against the person who provided that Translation]

8. Member must not use CAPS-LOCK all the time:

PSR will be given according to the following table:

SIGN UP AND CHECK IN SYSTEM
We are using the check-in system to avoid all kinds of last minute problems. It's the same method which is used in the official DotA tours.
Players who want to participate in this tour are to come to LA Tour channel to check-in (sign) 15 minutes before the start.


Check in : Saturday (9.21)  around 17:00

General Rules:
1. Map & Modes

Map : Latest Drakolich Map
Mode : "-cm" or "-cd"
 
2. Remaking game
If any player gets dropped before 5th minute (and First Blood didn't happen/no tower were destroyed/no Roshan has been killed) the game must be remade. In other cases rmking game depends of arrangement of both teams.

3. Sharing items
You're allowed to share basic regeneration items, consumables and the Gem of Truesight.

4. Other rules
- No items restriction (You can have 5hexes in one team etc.)
- Each team has got right to do 2 pauses - 3 minutes each.
- Backdooring is allowed.
- Blocking creeps is not allowed with spells like Fissure or Sprout when there isn't any enemy hero nearby.

Notes:
~Moderator will choose the Captain of the Teams ( if team isnt arranged).
~Depending if we get 2 or 3 Teams, it will be decided if its Bo1 or Bo3.

    Mode :
    1on1 - "-aromnp -noneutrals"   => modus bo1 (maybe bo3 depends on tour mods decision)
     
    2. Items restriction
    1on1:

    - Infused Raindrop is forbidden
    - Tranquill Boot is forbidden
    - chicken/crow - bottle.

    You are only allowed to use chicken/crow or bottle. If you buy chicken/crow, you're not allowed to buy bottle. So, if you buy bottle, you're not allowed to buy/use chick/crow anymore.

    3. Remaking game

    Important Note: All players must have Gproxy on during the tour

    Important rule: We added few new rules for these kind of tours. The games end when:
    -the one player gets first 2kills( e.g. simple 2:0 or 1:1 and then some gets 2nd kill; 2:1=win!)
    -or when 1 tower is destroyed on one side.

    either 2:0 or 2:1, or if 0 kills happened, the tower is destroyed on one side=win too!
