4: When was the Rule Broken?
Min 33-36 of the gameplay, sentinel pushes top, and axe stays afk at fountain for several minutes.

5:  We definitely lost becouse of his afk.

I can't say you would win this game if he was come at that combat since other team farmed and he was bad player however he could play with you since you had still chance to win
